Replaces the hand-rolled "Prepare dummy syntaxes" workflow step (from #40) with the dummy_syntaxes input built into SublimeText/syntax-test-action@v2. The input didn't exist when #40 was written (added to the action Jan 2025); it generates the same base-scope stub syntaxes, so CI behavior is unchanged.
Adds missing trailing newlines to the four completions files.
Fixes a comment typo in MDSVEX.sublime-syntax.
